I am a retired US Navy
Sailor now helping others relocating to the Tidewater area of Virginia. I
have been a realtor for many years now with ERA Real Estate Professionals. It
would be my privilege to assist you in finding a new home or selling your
current one. I can assist you with your relocation needs both in the area
or around the world.  I attended high school in Fairport Harbor, OH, and upon
graduating I joined the US Navy and began a career as a Navy Hospital Corpsman.
 While serving I attended several universities and graduated from Regis
University in Denver, CO with an AAS in Bio-Medical Engineering.  In 1985
I was honored to be selected as the Fleet Marine Forces Sailor of the Year.  I
attended the Alpha School of Real Estate and hold the certifications of Short
Sale Foreclosure (SFR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Pricing Strategy
Advisor (PSA). I am a member of the National Association of
Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, and the Hampton Roads Realtors
Association.  I enjoy riding my Harley Davidson motorcycle and I belong to
the Tidewater HOG Association and The Harley Owners Group.  As a life
member of the VFW I served as the Post Surgeon for many years.  I have two
children and two grandchildren all who make their homes in Virginia Beach. In
my free time I enjoy family time. I am looking forward to serving you in all
your real estate needs.
